All ban requests will be reviewed by administration as soon as we can make time to fully give you our attention. Please be patient and let us know through ahelp if its not addressed after a few days.

Reason for request and explanation of events:
Any logs/screenshots/etc to help give credit to your side of events that occurred:


Try to explain your request in a neutral tone without attacking or name calling so we can fairly review your request without overshadowing the situation with bickering. If no response from administration after a few days please ahelp us to send a small reminder and have it reviewed.
