Coders Needed

As a new server aimed to find a middle ground between the heavy rp servers and the low rp servers we are just getting started. We'd like to provide a server that gives players rounds that keep their interest without forcing heavy rp and strict rules or 15 minute rounds with aggressively griefy playstyle. We welcome any and all help for coding a ss13 server with a good balance. We would like to build a coding team that can have an avenue to explore their skills, learn from other players/coders, and grow with us.
